Jimmy Fallon has a Mcintosh turntable

He showed it last night on his cell phone. He was playing a picture disc of Barry Manilow.

On another site where I commented on this I was informed that it was actually Tom Cruise who provided Fallon with a list of gear consisting of Mcintosh and Magico.  I thought he may have bought the tt because of the pretty green platter!;)
One interesting "celebrity" audiophile is Henry Rollins, of all people. He has a pair of the big Wilsons ($200,000!) powered by VTL tubes. I don't recall, but I believe he has a VPI table. Brian Berdan (yes, son of Brooks) at Audio Elements in Pasadena is his long-time pusher.
I think he originally purchased gear from Brooks Berdan LTD. Then when Brian went out on his own he followed him to Audio Elements.
It's funny how Cruse hooked up Fallon with Magico and Mcintosh. Most people running Magicos aren't using Mcintosh electronics.

I was at Brooks Berdan LTD the day Mr. Rollins was auditioning the big Wilsons. I've never heard an audio system sound that loud and I was standing outside the door. Apparently Mr. Rollins is a ' little' hard of hearing, according to Brian. As I looked in the demo room I saw Rollins' female companion with her fingers stuck in both ears, quite hilarious!
