2016: a new year for music....

With all of the music icons leaving us lately, we need some new music for a new year. Here's one I'm enjoying....Aoife O'Donovan "In The Magic Hour". Any others?

I just saw Lucinda in Salina Kansas this April. No doubt one the finest performances I have been to. She was still using the note book with the plastic pages, even got confused with tempo and lyrics on one song, still was mesmerizing and amazing. I will see her again any chance I get. I LOVE her.
mizike: What's not to love?, right? She is true to herself in every way, which makes her unique these days. Listening to her output gives you an insight into her world as it moves through all of her life's struggles. I can't imagine a musical world without her in it.
I love anyone and everyone who loves Lucinda. Now if you would only get into Iris Dement! I'll bet they love each other.
Ray LaMontagne's  "Ouroboros".. I'm really liking this one. Jim James producing and a contributing musician, it's a departure from Ray's past efforts and IMO, it all works just fine.
