Accuphase DC 91 converter

My Accuphase DC 91 converter shuts itself off  after few seconds !? does any body have had similar problem ? what could be the cause of this problem. We do not have Accuphase authorized dealer in my country . Please share your comments/ information  if you might have any .

It is fixed . thanks ! on/off display was on off !!
