Yping, I looked at the Klei power cords you mentioned. Klei is using a special arrangement to enhance the power delivery of the "hot" conductor, and optimize the neutral and ground.
Balanced power does not have a neutral conductor. Instead, there are two "hot" conductors and one ground.
How that cord would work on the output of a balanced transformer is anyone's guess. May be good, but may defeat some of their design.
Now, used on the input of a 1200 or 1800 core Power unit, may give an improvement from both technologies.
The field is wide open. I've heard of one guy putting a Bybee Enhancer inside of a core Power unit, and plugging a HFC MC 0.5 into one of the outlets. He got good results.
