Short of running new, dedicated 15 or 20 amp lines for audio, what can I do here?

My system is plugged into outlets that share lines with lights in the room. When I turn the lights on  or off via their switches, which are dimmable, I hear noise through my speakers, and especially through my sub-woofer. Any correction other than dedicated lines for the audio?

@blindjim   I agree that power regenerators alter the sound.  My PS Audio P5 powers my whole system taking incoming AC with  2.5% distortion and outputs AC with .1%.  I'll take the sound alteration that results from that all day long!
if you're not in rented property, reconnect away from light bulbs. even if you replace dimmer switches, you may still hear buzz from bulb coils and you may still hear pop when turning lights on.
Furman with LiFT and SMP will greatly improve these issues at a reasonable cost.

After this, the PurePower or PS Audio units.

Yes, kill the dimmers - even if you rent you can do this.

Get a used Topaz - they are not that spendy
