Cables and power cords are system dependent. I recently had a home audition of Shunyata Sigma power cords and decided to keep my Wireworld Silver Electra 7 power cords with upgrade plugs.
Over the past couple of weeks I had the opportunity to listen to Shunyata Alpha speaker cables, Audience AU24 SX, and Clarus Crimson speaker cables. I had Wireworld Silver Eclipse 7 speaker cables and decided to sell them. The Audience AU24 SX cables are very, very good, but I thought the Clarus Crimson took my system to the next level. The Alpha's didn't work in my "system." That being said, you must hear cables in your own system and let your own ears decide.
