RMAF vs AXPANO

I would like to know the differences between RMAF and AXPANO?

I was able to see, listen and meet a lot of gears and designers. Axpano 2018 is coming up in Chicago in May and I'm curious what it is about. What am I expecting diff from RMAF? Thanks again
