Annoying sounds from cars at stop light

What causes the stereo in the car next to you at the stop light so loud and annoying with over the top bass and how can the driver stand it?

However if the car next door was playing rock and the car was decent (Ford Mustang or some other V6 or V8 beast), good on you mate...!

They make the wall vibrate and move. The energy from the waves is transferred to the wall. Then depending on the composition of the wall it will respond accordingly.
