Madrigal Proceed PCD3 remote control... HELP

Hi,

I need a new remote control for my loved Proceed PCD3 as the battery failed releasing acidic liquid.

Have you a suggestion for my search?

Thank you very much.

Luca58, two things. First - I've had this happen in one or two remotes I've owned. If you haven't tried it yet you might want to take apart the remote and carefully scrub away the residue. Use caution when doing this, but sometimes the remote can be brought back to working order by cleaning away that gunk.

If that doesn't work or if you don't want to do that, I have the codes in my Marantz RC9500 remote. I don't know if the captured codes can be used or translated for other universal remotes... not sure how that works.
Thank you very much for your answers!

I hope that a broken-PCD3 owner that still own the remote contact me.

Ciao.

Perhaps light years too late but I have a Proceed universal remote control that has never been used if anyone interested.  I don't know much about it and don't really want to at this point.  It is a full system functional remote, backlit etc. version that i got with my proceed system 20 years ago.  I am a traditional 2 channel guy and use my remote for my Pre Preamp.
I fixed a CAL DX2 remote control where the batteries leaked by watching a Youtube video
