HD Tracks I am now unable to access the site

For some reason I can no longer access HD Tracks. Is anyone else having this problem?

This happened once before a few years back and HD Tracks walked me through changing some of my computers settings. Nowadays I have been unable to contact them through email. Does anyone have a phone number that can used to contact them again.
