Who has Luv for the Lyngdorf 2170 and is thinking about the 3400.

Hello All,
I’m coming up on 40 yrs in this hobby,and or obsession of ours,and I started with a pair of Khorns and Macintosh at the age of 12 and Offcourse owned a ton of different gear over the yrs.
I bought a 2170 a little more than 6 months ago and I enjoyed it so much that I quickly realized I don’t really need anything else,solid state,tubes,or even dac’s anymore.I could step off that silly merry go round of amplification and just enjoy music.I was able to utilize the extra money and time and put together a really great sounding network audio system that rivaled the best in analog that I have ever had,I was mainly a analog guy all of these yrs but finally gave it up,I even sold my longtime record collection of 3k records which included many Hot Stampers that I purchased and also several that I found on my own.

So who Luv’s the 2170 and is maybe also thinking about the new 3400.

The grannyring upgraded Teradak power supplies will arrive today. AKA Teradaktals. Bill did a very quick turn-around for me. Thanks!With the recent installation of the HDPlex 400 LPS for the HTPC and the two Teradaktals, I've come to a plateau in development of the system. My Ulfberht center channel will be delivered next Thursday. I can then move all of my B&W speakers to the Family Room. Looking like I'll have the system and listening room like I want it very soon.
I can then move back to my Bullitt Mustang drag car hobby. I got the new motor installation completed and fired it off last week. Track time soon!

@robelvick  I purchased several power conditioners and he acted like he was doing me a favor by getting me the Lyngdorf at a very great price.  He claimed he was friends with Lyngdorf and that if i needed a great deal on any equipment he could get it to me as a favor. After 7 weeks of constant excuses and delays on both the power conditioners and the Lyngdorf I demanded refunds and ultimately was forced to file claims with 2 credit cards and PayPal to get my money back because his bank bounced the refund on 2 occasions.  I already purchased some Nord ncore monoblock amps instead to use in my second system for my Tekton mini Ulfberhts when they arrive or at least thats an option if my set amp wont drive them.

Thanks for the update, so you never got to even try a 3400 yet, great shame.
Real pity you are amongst the ones having trouble getting product from cpt.
I was fortunate to receive an equicore1800 and found it to be a great unit.
Hope your fortunes improve and you get your monies back and eventually can sample a Lyngdorf product.

I installed the new display board that Lyngdorf sent me. It was pretty simple and I just had to figure out how to remove the front face plate so I could get at the board to remove and install the new one.

So,  so much better now with the display characters/font so much bigger and now sharply focused no matter how deep into the menu I go.

Big thank you to Lyngdorf sending me the board for the fix. Very good of them. Took me about 45 minutes. Most of that time was figuring out how to get that darn face plate off!

The Grannyring Teradaktals are sounding very good. I'm glad I made the upgrade and appreciate Bill doing the modding for me.
