Conrad Johnson Premier 12 Mono? What's your thought

Stumbled into a CJ Premier 12 mono's; not the EL34 @ 70watts but the 140 watt version. I own several CJ amps; It would be a trade for a Premier 350. Any Premier 12 experience? I've heard them; they sound amazingly clear and like I wanted them to.

are you considering a move from solid state (Premier 350) to a tubed amp (Premier 12)?  I would be interested in reading more about your system.
