Do HDMI Cables make a Difference?

Will I get a better picture using a higher priced HDMI cable over a Wal Mart brand? Thanks!

I bought it new/unused on a clearance sale several years ago. It is much better than the $40/50 models from Best Buy. Much will depend on your TV set and expectations/applications.
