Theta Miles CD player

I’ve had my Miles for about 20 years and still love the sound.  I use it with its analog outputs and let the internal dac, do the conversion.  Question- those of you who are familiar with this product-is there a new player that willl out perform this one?  (I use the balanced outputs). If so, tell me your experiences.

The next progression is the Theta Compli CD/DVD transport and the later Oppo Based Compli bluray player.  I think Compli cd/DVD sounds much better via analog or digital outs then the Oppo 105D/205D as i don't care for the ESS sabre mid bass leannes.  The Theta Compli has balanced outputs
My Miles has all the bass you could ever want.  The fact is, I have to monitor my bass it's so rich and deep.  I have no desire to go to another player.  I love mine.  Just asking...  Thanks for your comment.
I love my Miles, too.  Although I have not had a major
problem with it, I added a second Miles a few years ago.
It is used in a "backup" system and is my assurance
that I hopefully will never be without one!  The latest unit
is actually an earlier production version.  Don't mind
that at all!  I figure it is cheap insurance: $600-$800 can be the
price tag of nice ones that come up for sale, from time to time...
