Send Inlets to be Cryoed

Anyone removed their component inlets and sent them out to be cryoed?  Furutech inlets fit nothing of mine and I'm not taking a drill or Dremmel to my gear to make them fit. I thought about removing the existing inlets and having them cryoed. Anyone done this, or replaced stock inlets with upgrades?  How were the results?  Thanks.

I say to hech with Furutech. Just remove and cryo the originals for like $10 each and get same performance (or better) without having to take a cutting torch to your chassis.
Huh? You can cryo the whole thing for less than the cost of the inlets. And the cables. Say what the hell.

Some parts of some component should not be cryoed and will cause damage. Unfortunately, I no longer remember which parts. I'd run that question by alan m. kafton / audio excellence az, inc.
