speakers with active bass

what do you think about speakers with active bass module ?

External amplifier power from 150 Hz and up and let you use less power amp, and same money,

Everything is plugged into Furutec rec's and four ded circuits. All in all, it's OK, until I listen to a $400K setup that features a lot of Vandersteen equipment.
