What's in your CDP tonight? the minority report

I enjoy vinyl and digital (lately, with recent changes, vinyl actually sounds better than digital to me), BUT given what seems an overall preference for analog/vinyl on A'gon, I'm curious what the non-vinyl "1/2" is listening to. I tried to see if this was a previously posted question. Did not seem so.

This evening for me, it's Genesis (definitive edition remaster) "A Trick of the Tail".

Now their are two blasts from my past indeed!

Remember seeing both of them live back in Blighty!

You can call the Quo the original three chord wonders but boy did they put on a rock n roll show live!
Try this for size...

In The Dynamite Jet Saloon ... Dogs D'Amour.

Be surprised if anybody heard of them never mind heard them ... Lol
Going to continue in same vein with some more good ol Brit rock,n,roll.

Homewreckers and Heartbreakers .... The Quireboys.

One of the best live high energy rock,n,roll shows I ever saw was a double header of The Quireboys and The Dogs at The infamous Boat Club in Nottingham. One of the small clubs Led Zep got their start in!

A blast from start to end!
Brian Auger’s Oblivion Express - Live in Los Angeles

(not crazy about the vocals...but Brian's keyboard work is worth it and then some)

+1 I love Brian Auger - he plays so well. Like Herbie Hancock, Chester Thompson and Booker T - sense of timing, feel and swing is impeccable. The Trinity Sessions with Julie Driscoll is also fantastic - this was in his younger days....
