Tough getting my fingers around the (Mc)

Hi
and thank you for past response, i have Mcintosh 7100 amp and am looking to find a set of cables with a narrow lug, the Mac has very small screws on back (to accept) cables, but most cables (lugs) are too thick to fit (i've got  cardas, and  silver line, i tried to (dremel) the thickness away, but the stuff is incredibly tough, Any Ideas
