ADD-Powr Symphony and ElectrClear

Has anyone checked out these EMF conditioning devices?
I believe they are newly branded and upgraded items designed by the founder of Quantum Products and QRT.
Their other parallel  conditioners, Sorcer and Wizard, look interesting.
