Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1
Don Henley - Building the Perfect Beast.

My wife bought it in a used record store while I was browsing 'more serious stuff'. Like new. Vinyl is clean. Very few clicks and pops. SQ is good.

Good album too.
Emmylou & Rodney - The Travelling Kind
Leonard Cohen - You Want it Darker
Etta James - At Last !

and to close out the tab..

Tony Joe White - Bad Mouthin’ 45 rpm white vinyl....aint that a sight...

RIP TJW

Been out of the loop a while.  My NAD 7020 was acting up, and rather than getting it serviced (again) I thought I would retire it and get something new.  My, how the market has changed!  All I wanted was an integrated amp with a rec out, and there are so few in my budget.  I tested a Marantz PM6006 and just did not like the sound.   Finally purchased a refurbed Cambridge Audio Topaz SR 20 from the company web site for $425.  It is working very well with my Linn Axis turntable and ELAC Debut 6.2 speakers.  Tested them out with:

Blind Faith “Blind Faith”
SFX “6/11/87”
The Holy Light “I’ve Had It Hard”
George Harrison “George Harrison”
