What video processor should I get?

I have a Krell HTS 7.1 and want an add on video processor to handle up converting and HDMI output to a Samsung LCD TV and a Panasonic PT AE3000U. I will need 2 HDMI outputs. I will be connecting some of the following: Cable Box HD, X-Box 360, WII, DVD/Blue Ray player. I need 2 video outs and audio obviously through the Krell. What are my options? The projector screen comes down in front of the TV. Thanks for your input. Reasonable price range, not sure what that is yet.
