"TechTalk" struck me as a relevant community to reach out to with this particular position. I understand that this is not a job-board and certainly don't want to abuse the intent of the forum. Just thought that those who frequent this channel might be just the folks who might know that hard-to-find person with just the right qualifications for this unique position.
