Esoteric USA Service - TAP Electronics
I have read lots of the horror stories on here and elsewhere about being "stuck" with Esoteric products and not being able to secure fast and top notch service on the cd players. I feel compelled to tell you that I was so (shockingly / pleasantly) surprised by TAP Electronics Sal's phone support / email support with my K-03 that I need you all to know that you don't have anything to worry about! I was holding my breath but I can tell you that the TAP gang are responsive, meticulous and thorough in their troubleshooting and repair. Pricing was VERY FAIR but we Esoteric owners all have to deal with the substantial weight and sensitivity of the players we bought (shipping back & forth from the East Coast was not cheap). I can't recommend TAP more highly and it is great to know that I can talk to a live person within 1 business day of encountering an issue.
I understand from Agoner's here that some X series players may be more problematic but K series owners can sleep soundly. Well Done !!
