Very Eavy Very Umble by Uriah Heep mispressed record, read on!

So I recently purchased a copy of this, a pristine German pressing.

But while perusing my collection I found I did indeed already have a copy although it was  a late 70,s reissue on the Mercury label ML8004. It also became obvious I have never played this record...….

Thinking this was a great opportunity to test the sq between this and my mint German pressing I went to cue the Mercury issue up. However it looked odd.
Side 1 has correct Heep label showing the correct 4 tracks and ML8004 cat number but looking at the vinyl I could see only two long tracks?
So dropping the needle on side 1 and..... Absolutely definitely NOT Uriah Heep!
No idea who/what but some trumpet fixated jazz/swing music!
Trying the side at various points revealed it was this on side 1 all the way through and no Heep to be found anywhere!
Now side 2 is indeed the full and correct Uriah Heep side 2 with correct side 2 label.

So it appears I have a mispressing but I can find zero information about this on any internet search I have tried so far.

My questions are;

Has any member here heard of THIS particular mispressing?
Or does any member have a good source of information for mispressed records, like a specialist dealer etc.

Fortunately the German pressing is correct Heep both sides!

Charlie also confirmed what Elizabeth had said in her now deleted post.
Value is really not much of anything.
Apparently total mispressed albums is common, not that I have truly seen or heard of one before.
Misprinted cover artwork or label work is more valuable it seems.

So as the record is really of no use to myself as I am not a hard core collector and as a playing record it is also useless to me I listed on eBay at no reserve.

If there are any hard core collectors for this we will see.

Interesting experience but ultimately more frustrating than rewarding in any sense.

I would be very interested to hear of anybody else who has experienced this type of total mispress on anything?

According to Charlie it is "more common than I think"
According to Elizabeth , nobody is  interested in mispressings and they are worthless.

I find it hard to believe in either of those opinions but tbh I seriously have no clue.

Do NOT misunderstand me here, I am NOT hoping this mispress is going to help me retire...lol.

But still it is difficult to get my mind round that it is a common occurrence and worthless.

Thoughts from anybody who has had or owns a total mispress like this one?

I bought a mispressed copy of Stevie Wonder's Innervisions back in the day. Side 2 had the correct label, but was not Stevie Wonder. Over the years, I would occasionally play it for friends to see if anyone knew who the artist was.
About ten years ago, I again ran across the record and decided to do a search using some of the lyrics. Side two is by Yvonne Fair from an album entitled "The Bitch is Black".

I would liken mispressings to misstamped coins. I thought they would be a rarity.

My thoughts too Carp but apparently not at all.
Which I do find very strange but that part is what it is.
Still not convinced on how common the occurrence is though.
