Corelli - really????

Hi,
I read the 6 moons review on this but I still have a hard time believing this can improve a system. Anyone have any experience with these?

Due to space and finance limitations, a Corelli is not possible. I'm thinking of getting their Fuse Box Pro. Is it better to install at the meter (where the power enters the house), or the fuse box in the hallway?
