Tandberg TD 20A (Working in very good condition) Value?

Hi,  

My father recently passed away. He LOVED music and has a Tandberg TD 20A that he used often. Any idea of the value of this device? Thank you! 


**I also have all his old reel to reels with recordings from The Midnight Special | 98.7WFMT in the 1970's.

Without reputable, fairly recent, repair/maintenance documentation my guess is $500 (or up to $800 if you luck out).

Thank you! As you know, It's not easy!  The responses have been helpful.  I had someone look at it.  The reel to reel works but will need some cleaning up. He also said the remote on the reel to reel has value.  Ultimately, I would like to sell the unit and the remote.
