Is the buyer responsible to cover the cost of a return?


The buyer received speakers last week. Now he is telling me that the woofer is blown. I shipped them in A+ condition. I told him to return them. I covered the cost of shipping to him ( $70.00 ).

Things do happen in shipping. It's happened to me, as a seller, and it does put you in a terrible position.
