Which Dynaudio or Wilson Speakers for My Room Size?

A’gon Colleagues!
I’m jumping back into the chase for a great two channel system, and I would like to hear your comments on speaker and room size matching suggestions across the Dynaudio, Wilson, and KEF lines.  We’re starting a basement upgrade, and I’m lucky to have the opportunity to build a system again.  So the space is about 750 sq/ft (about 5,800 ft^3).  What say you all?

Thank you!

Never heard any Wilson speakers so can't comment but have heard Dynaudio Excite X34's driven by a vintage CJ Solid State amp & tube PreAmp along with the Special 25's driven by several different SS & Tube amp combinations.I can not imagine anyone disliking the sound. The Dynaudio's image & stage as good or better than any speaker I have ever heard, the tonal qualities & low level detail again IMO is world class. If it were my $ I would go with the S25's/sub with SS power & Tube Pre or Hybrid like Unison Research or similar..

Budget?

As I understand it, we are talking about a space that more conventionally could be 25'x30' with ceiling a little under 8'.

Sabrina?  Contour 60?

@cb815:  I have a pair of Wilson Max II’s in a room that’s about 400 sq ft. With 9’ ceilings.  I’m using two Krell EV 600  monoblocks and have plenty of power, having my preamp set about half way up.  You can probably find a set of these used for around $15K or less.  I love mine.  Their weak point is the crossover/protection resisters.  Always turn your amps off first, before ANYTHING else, lest you be replacing your resistors.  Just common sense.
