Fell asleep while TT was running with ortodoncia black cartridge!

After a few ahem adult beverages fell asleep for approx 2 hours while my system was on and I was playing vinyl. Wondering if I screwed up my 2m black cartridge or not. Feeling terrible about it. I have the manual mmf 5.1 turntable so was sitting there for all that time. Any thoughts from all the analog gurus out there? Is my stylus still ok?

There is a nice device for those who prefer to fell asleep while playing record: Audio-Technica SAFETY RAISER. It will lift up your tonearm when the record is finished. Buy it and sleep well.
As others have said, no harm done. When I was a teen I would fall asleep in bed with my Koss headphones on. Table had been spinning all night. I eventually bought an arm lift marketed by Monitor Audio. It was under $20.That was in the 70's. These days you can get a Q Up arm lifter on Amazon for $40.

If you have room, you might consider buying a vintage turntable with the auto lift feature. For $275.00 I purchased a Harmon Kardon t65c for late night listening. In its day it was nicknamed the working man's Linn Sondeck. I probably use it more than my Manual Table.
I have a couple of automatic turntables, in part for that very reason.  Music really relaxes me at the end of a day and I sometimes find myself waking up on the sofa after a listening session.  I have a JVC QLY66F in my main system and a Realistic LAB440 in my bedroom.  They are both decent performers, the JVC is better than the MMF 5.1 (which I have owned) with a little bit of internal damping and better feet.  The Realistic table is surprisingly good, but not as good as your Music Hall table.
