Otomon Labs. Soundgate Japan

Has anybody purchased an amp made by Ken Uesugi from Otomon Labs/Soundgate in Japan?
I’m seriously thinking of getting a 2A3 amp, but keen for any feedback. Everything I’ve read looks good, but buyer experience is invaluable.
Thanks in advance.

I just bought a 45/2A3 amp from Otomon Lab. This is the best amp I ever have. I don’t think I need another amp for my Lowther based horns. Ken Uesugi is a master builder of tube amps. This amp he built for me sounds much better than my previous Yamamoto A-08S (a 45 amp). It’s about the truth and spirit of music.

This is the amp I bought:

Ken is very cool. He just made a 45/2A3 convertible amp for me.
i have at least 50 years of experience with Hi-Fi and this is the sound
I’ve been searching for. Only caveat: you must have speakers that are 96 to
97 dB efficiency. Otherwise, the amp just can’t give it’s all (and that can get plenty loud with lots of body). I will never part with this amp.
I stumbled on their website a few months ago and they are the real deal but you can get the same level of craftsmanship or even better with Triode Lab of Canada.

Don't think you can go wrong with either as 2A3/45 is where the magic starts 🎶

Yes molsburg, I’m using a Manley Steelhead phono and a Manley 300B Classic linesatge. There are volume knobs on the front of the chassis but they have a limited range.i find them very good for balancing the stereo channels.
