Switching speaker cables between two different amps (signal chains)

I regularly move my speaker cables between two different amps; vinyl and multi-media.  Using cable ends are banana; but is there a better termination to do this?  Concerned about wear of the connectors on my amps and the firmness of the connection.  Any better suggestions?

I agree with Erik WBT spring loaded spades,however there are some other great ones as well Purist is one as well as Furutech.Enjoy!!

Yes! Buy another set of cables.
