Ashamed of myself?   I have been on this sight for years as buyer and a seller . I have always conducted my self with integrity,  to the max.  Victor is irresponsible.  He sent the package to the wrong address, He was supplied with proper information, He has made virtually no effort tp correct problem with UPS, and why would anyone send a 1100.00 package without insurance ,  Viktor requested that I pay through family and friends from Paypal to save 3percent Paypal fees, which I did .  I trusted and suppose I lost.  The lack of integrity is on him 

Yeah unless its a personal friend I never use friends and family. That 3.3% fee is the cheapest insurance you can buy. 

IMO it's question of culture. Once in business the most important asset is trust.

@kurte I wouldn't be ashamed and would be doing the very same thing you are doing.  If seller does not insure package as he's supposed to or refuses to communicate, it's fair game to bring it up IMO.

Oh... and it seems like he's got six negative feedbacks - all cartridge related.  The only way I'd be buying a cartridge from him is if I had a gun to my head.
