is ''Northwest analogue UK''
If this pandemic doesn't finally kill my cartridge, nothing will
There are more masters. although coil repair has 2 types - loose wire or bad contact - new coil is needed as old one is truncated somewhere First case is not so difficult and it will be still original, second is more difficult with Miyabi as master has to copy winding technique so it might be not Miyabi at the very end. So don’t drop it to recycle bin. In the day then you’ll decide to throw it away make an offer for me :) |
I do not own the Hana ML but have heard someone compare it to the Miyabi Standard that I do own and am just hoping for the best. Enjoy the music not sure who it is, can't believe it Last Miyabi was made for 47 Labs (Sakura Systems) before Takeda-San retired (review is here), now only Fuuga made under impression of Miyabi. Not sure that Excel Sound hana can compete with Miyabi (any of them). |
bukanona, The question was not ''philosophical''. ''There are'' is existential assumption but you deed not mention any ''master'' at all but , instead, made some ''if then'' assumptions. Well Pegasus assume existence of flying horses. It make no sense to ascribe properties to not existing beings. What can tooblue do with your ''advice'' ? |
"Tooblue" is what it's worth to try to recover. Ok let's count on fingers who can repair loose ends: - Soundsmith - VAS cartridge repair now across pond Dmitri (can be found via vinylengine forum Delta667 ) Aidas - can be reached via GRGaudio here Darius - http://www.cartridgeretip.com/ And due COVID warning I can't be Pegasus anymore, donkey is more viable strategy these days I have personally used 2 last masters, both more than once. |
