Comparing the Magnepan .7 to the Klipsch Heresy II

2 different speaker can not compare.HELLO!!

Of course they are different. That’s what the discussion was meant to share is the differences. I thought Audiogon was the place for responses but I’m amazed at how little enthuiests respond. Seems like everyone’s into discussing problems and tech stuff rather than listening. BTW HELLO! yourself!. 

Magnepan is better in everything save dynamics . Also needs at least
200 w a side to hear what maggies can do .
9 times out of 10 an acoustic music fan will buy the .7, a rocker the Heresy .

I think what is being said here is that these two speakers are so different it’s like chocolate and vanilla, both are good flavors.
its really a matter of personal preference as to which you prefer.
do you really need a bunch of opinions other than your own?
Okay some people like both (flavors / sounds) and switch speakers and components in and out from time to time just to switch things up. Variety is the spice of life.

Have fun and go listen for yourself and report back your findings I bet you would have a good discussion then,.
