If you don’t hear the difference, consider yourself fortunate you don’t need to spend the money to upgrade fuses and buy more music instead. No one need to have "golden ears" to enjoy this hobby! Could be my ears, or maybe all my electronics have well design power supply no need upgrade fuses to sound its best. |

I'll never spend the prices SR charge. But I do agree that fuses make a difference. I tried a $40 Furatech rhodium but it was too bright/steely. Try this. I've done it and was amazed at the improvement. Wrap a few turns of masking tape around the glass part of the fuse ensuring it does not touch the metal caps. Worst case, it may indicate if the PSU responds to fuse adjustments. |
