Frankly you should be. You just experienced a fault that was so egregious, you reached out. 

So it just shows up on one record, it's still there.
I would play that troublesome disc and have a look at RTA, and or woofers ( assuming you are not on the stats ) , I think you got a disc w maybe lacking cutter head filtering, Mia EQ or supper tight groove spacing causing this, especially in light of this combo tracking your vast collection prior...
