Have you "lied" to yourself?

Have I lied to myself? Yes.

Most recently, it was that whole "your shirt is not on fire" thing.

Big mistake.

Yes sometimes you have to lie to yourself especially when you spend more and buy a piece that sounds as good or worse then what you already have. Eventually you have to come to grips that you wasted your money and must move on. I hate the words lateral move , that means you haven't improved anything in your system. The lesson is be satisfied with what you got.

A bunch of tweaks is not a method of experimental listenings...

Buying a ready made tweak push you to some border between It works and it works not so great.....Because you buy a ready made product without knowing with your active listening what you are doing... Create your own devices, it is very simple and fun....Rewarding...

When you enter in a systematic experimental listenings journey, you explore and walk toward someplace that is coming toward you with each small step....There is no doubt in your mind because you are not interrogating yourself staying immobile after one singular step....

You dont need to lie anymore to yourself about the alleged reality of a particular tweak or step, because you create your own road in walking...

Dont buy if not necessary, think first,listen after, and create your own step one at a time, i call my road: rightful embeddings controls.....

My motto is: dont upgrade something before everything was rightfully embed... 



You can lie to yourself with more money, and think that money can buy the best audio in the world.... It is not true, only creativity at last can buy the best there is at a lower cost most of the times.... Try your own creativity....
