GoldenEar Triton 1 vs. Triton 1R

in doing a google search , this question has been asked a lot.....so if you want to read what others have said, i just copy and pasted your title into google.   

i also see that there is a goldenear forum....so could join and ask there as well

Surprisingly, checking out the Goldenear forum, there was only one detailed comparison of the 1 to the 1R.  Mostly discussing the TR.
I’d like more opinions.
