Need Tubes

My Audio Research LS25 MK2 is in need of tubes. I was going to order a set from Audio Research but wanted to hear from you guys who may know of a better tube.

Great price, great sound, great reliability. Always bought from tubestore.com but the worst sounding and least reliable (2 out of 5 blown inside 2 months!) were their Tubestore brand name tubes. They replaced them under warranty but when it gets to the point you are worried to have your amp on unless you are there to keep an eye on it.... never again.
jjss49 Details Discussions Posts This discussion Message User 6,612 posts 10-21-2020 at 02:33am Copy Comment URL Report Comment Edit Delete for arc ls25 mk 2 .... it runs russian 6h30p’s only, can’t roll tubes mk 1 was still 6dj8/6922, this was the model changeover to the russian 'supertube' or so they called it just buy from arc if cost is not a factor or order from jim mcshane, upscale audio or thetubestore in canada to save some $, all these excellent tube vendors properly test tubes themselves before shipping, you will get good ones
