I just received my Ares II yesterday and the left channel is not working through the single ended output. I’ve emailed Alvin but no response yet. I’m wondering if I need to wait for him to tell me to ship it to the closest support center or if I should contact them directly and get the process underway. Not concerned about whether it will be covered, just the appropriate order of things. Thanks, |
