How old are you?

Oh the days when, in my humble 100,000 size town had dealers for Magnaplaner, Quattre, Ampzilla, Carver, Audio Research, Classe, B&W, Rotel to name a few.  Then there was a 20 year time lapse.  Now i am a Rennaissance(sp) Man with a new setup at 64.

I was 19 when I went into the Army in1968. By then I was a dedicated music fan but had never heard the term audiophile. 

Old enough to know better.

I was going to say old enough to know better, but still too young to care, but I’ll be more specific and say 46.

Just turned 43 over Thanksgiving weekend.  Always had a infatuation with electronics - Having a sweet Home Theater set up was my dream growing up, best stereo set up I ever had was in my Toyota Corolla in college - think the gear cost more than the car. I’ve slid down the rabbit hole into 2 channel about 2 years ago.... 3 sets of Towers later, 2 amps and 2 different streaming rigs / DAC’s later still on that journey to find Audio Nirvana.  No shortage of ways to spend money in this hobby!
