How does paypal work with audiogon

I sold a sub , the payment showes up in paypal as received - pending .
Pending what ?
Does the buyer have to receive it for it to become available to me. Thanks

The same as anywhere else. Read the agreement that you OKd. G

PayPal holds funds to protect the buyers. You can get the money immediately if you request friends and family but then the buyer assumes all the risk. Good luck with that.
