Why so little Primare gear on A'gon? Bad rep?

I bought a Primare I-30 in 2009 and replaced it with a Primare A-32, and a Primare Pre-32 in 2012. What ticked me off was, that the remote controls one by one stopped working overtime, but I changed the volume by going to the pre-amp and change the volume there. The Pre-32 stopped working today, it produces a frightening knack in the right channel. I took them off the loudspeakers and re-commissioned my I-30, just to discover, that when I change the volume knob, the level goes straight to max volume, even if I turn it down. I am kind of at a loss. Are there others, who have had similar experiences with Primare?

i have 3 primare remotes and 2 i-30 integrated amps... all remotes work just fine on both amps

The Primare product’s are beautifully designed, the new line gets a lot of good reviews in Europe, the opinion seems to be that the new serie is better than the old one, even if Primare are using class D now, it is said to sound very un class D if you will!
One brand that should be much better known is and other Swedish brand with the name of Bladelius, especially their amps are punching well over their price class, although they are 1-2 steps over Primare both in price and sound quality. I still have one of the older amps. Getting close to 20 yeas old now.

Recently got a store demo PRIMARE CD35 ( CD/STREAMER).  Have not figured out how to get it to work !
1)  The CD plays for 5 seconds then stops.
2) Will not connect to internet ( im using LAN cable)... Its uses something called CHROMECAST ?
IM an old man / old school who is over whelmed by this digital mumbo jumbo !!!
Can not find any help online or youtube video to show how this thing works !!!
Have not messed with it since , totally frustrated !!!
All i noticed is , that is has a FACTORY RESET ...would that help ???

seems to me that primare has really been pretty passive with their us market presence

they do have a us importer/distributor, i have dealt with them, not very impressive - rather lax attitude as far as i could tell

they do have a good brand name and build very high quality kit though, but i think they focus much more on the european market these days
