Selling with Cash on Pickup?

I would like to sell something locally with cash on pickup, but it appears to me that A'gon forces you to choose some payment method such as Paypal.  I know I've done local cash sales in the past, but have the rules changed? OK, I can see that they want a way to collect their fees when an item sells, but if the seller prepays the fees it shouldn't matter.
