Ian & Sylvia ‎– Ian & Sylvia (Vanguard ‎1962)

First LRS buy in 16 months and wouldn’t you know, it’s a bit noisy. Two long cleans in the US helped. Sticking with discogs in future.
Lu Watters And The Yerba Buena Jazz Band ‎– Blues Over Bodega (Fantasy ‎1964)

Switching to the 9" arm with the Decca Garrott Bros Gold tonight. Well, this rocks.
Georg Solti : Solti Edition Vol. 10 Symphonien. Going to listen to Solti’s Bartók selections in this grand box set.

Bartók - Der Wunderbare Mandarin, Suite, Musik Für Schlaginstrumente, Schlagzeug Und Celesta, Konzert Für Orchester, Tanz-Suite für Orchester, & Violinkonzert Nr. 2 H-Moll, Sz 112….to start…all with the The London Philharmonic Orchestra.

DECCA 18 LP box set, German release 1981.

Turk Murphy And His Jazz Band ‎– At The Roundtable (Forum 1959 mono)

Entertaining and historic. Magic female vocalist version of the Jimmy Cox classic, Nobody Knows You When You're Down and Out. Solid recording. Makes me smile.
