Grounding boxes which ones have YOU tried? And results?

Just curious have never tried the many grounding devices that can be found on the web from companies such as: Synergistic Research, TELOS, Entreg, Nordost - QRT, Audio Magic -Blue Dot Eliminator, Signal Ground Solution or many DIY. Do they do what is claimed? Are they worth the $$ which are from a few hundred to many, many thousands! Which units have you tried/used and what were your results?

I wanted to try the small Entreq, but Cable Company said it was special order only.  I ended up buying an Akiko ground stick with an RCA jack and I think it refines the sound to some degree.  They offer 90 day returns as I recall, so there's minimal risk.
At a dealership, I heard the Nordost system and I was quite impressed.  As far as noise is concerned, the system was dead quiet before the boxes were added, so it does far more than reduce audible noise.  What I heard was a more natural sound--images seem to float more freely in space and sound much more like a live event.  I seriously considered a purchase, but, there would have been problems grounding my entire system--you need an unused input on each component and my amp only has one set of inputs (chassis grounding would not work).
I own the Entreq Silver Tellus that I bought used and I am very happy with it. I have tried the CAD, Nordost and a few others but the Entreq impressed me the most. Best I can say is the music sounds more grounded. Pun intended.
Seriously though, the music takes on a more fuller natural sound, that once heard you can’t do without it.

BTW, I also made some DIY versions that rival the Entreq. Although overall the final costs were about the same.

I have some noise in one of my systems.  I asume ground, and I could take time to track it down ...  but are you implying that these might save me the trouble?  Ignorance here; I've never heard of these things and if you are just jerking me around, you win!!
