D’agostino preamp - unfortunate its SS?

spent time with the solid state dag hd momentum and a higher end tube amp.  How much is lost if one chooses DAG vs what a tube pre has to offer?

Can anyone speak to this potential DAG shortcoming?

onhwy61,
I'm fine with "going easy on newbies", but I have also decided that there is such a thing as a stupid question, especially when asked twice, as the OP has done here.
Not the same question. Dont like my post? Dont answer.

good responses herein, helpful.
So y u so hot and bothered???
jumia,
It IS the same question, and a stupid one. I'm not hot or bothered, but you should learn to write instead of using silly teenage texting abbreviations.
Tubes are preferred by people who prefer tubes. Those people sometimes but don't usually buy solid state amps. Other people love solid state amps they buy solid state amps. D'Agostino makes solid state amps for customers who love solid state amps, and likely a few who love tubes. But D'Agostino does NOT make tube amps we call this a design choice.  Period, end of story, move on.
