60s Motown music is sooo good but the CD recordings that I have are sooo bad (the kinda sound like a transistor radio). Are there any good quality Motown recordings to be had? Admittedly, I have not heard any motown vinyl that I can recall; is vintage motown vinyl worth finding?
Rhino reissue of Aretha -I've Never Loved a Man... and Curtis Mayfield - Curtis sound very good and are great performances. Move on up! Cheers, Spencer
Dug out some of my mother-in-law's records. Just listened to the Temptations - Cloud Nine original 1969 Motown Label. Very nice. I have a couple of Supreme records I'll be checking out soon. Your right, vinyl is better.
