The Concept series tonearms are almost certainly worth repairing unless extensively damaged.
The Verify arm retails for $1500 and the Satisfy tonearms list for $2000-$4000.
These arms feature continuous strands of wire from cartridge through to the terminus of RCA plugs.
Unless you're handy with repairs as MC mentions, you can order a kit or there are several rewiring services around.
Start with your dealer, or contact a site similar to: britaudio.com. Guessing somewhere south of $350.
BTW, Just my opinion, but the Rega RP8 very well might not be an upgrade for you, once this gets set up properly.
