Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1
i am bigtime in envy, man those were the era of blockbuster but quirky interesting Bumbershoot lineups… Freddy Fender and Little Feat…. wow, that must have been 1988 or 89 ?

Big system still in a pile in the corner, so I have been bingeing on Netflix music documentaries via the Sonos soundbar….

Yesterday ; Count Me In, Rolling Thunder Review, Birth of Cool, Keith Richards

Got my copy of Rough Mix, visual grading optimistic, we shall eventually see how it plays

…..
Jim,

My Classic Records version of "Rough Mix" doesn’t hold a candle to my American pressing. I’ve sold a couple  Classic Records, rock lps because of SQ and noisy pressing issues.

From memory, I've sold these....

"Who's Next"
"Supernatural"

Thx Steve..i am trying to withhold judging it on visual alone…mine is a US pressing

One a positive note, Perfect Vinyl Forever has turned my 16 disc initial test order around and they are in route  back  to me….. we shall see, and hear….

I continue to mentally cull, next on block is MX110 Z 1965…
This just in:  California gear purveyor moving to Vancouver.  (And so, having a big sale.  Several nice pieces available)
